Graduation Day

Congratulations to Lucas who graduated from Preschool yesterday. I am so proud of him he has learned so much and he had a great experience which will make starting Kindergarten that much easier. The graduation ceremony was suppose to be held outside at the park next to the school but due to the air quality the ceremony was moved indoors. The kids did great, they sang 3 songs to all the parents and then received their diplomas along with a poem from their teachers and a yellow rose. It was a lot to hand to a child but they did it. Because of the limited space it was hard to get pictures but here are a few.

The picture was to be Lucas only but Mason just cannot help himself.

Happy Birthday Jill

This last year has gone by so fast and now my baby has turned 1. That is correct last Thursday in fact my little Jilly Bean turned one. It just amazes me how much she has changed since the day she was born. My little helpless newborn is now a toddler who walk/runs, growls and screams. The year has been great and I am so grateful for her and the blessing and balance she brings to our family.

I couldn't help but take a minute to travel down memory lane and I just wanted to share with everyone some pictures from Jill's first year. Enjoy!

Who are You?

So my cousin has this link on her website and I thought why not try and see who I am. Turns out I am like Jasmine.

Hummingbirds

As some of you may know Jill will be turning 1 next week and I don't want my baby to grow up, it is all happening to fast. Right around the day she turned 11 months she decided she no longer was a baby and was now going to be a toddler. I guess I should just count my blessing that she is not a hummingbird. We have a hummingbird mother that lives in the tree on the side of our house. One day I noticed eggs in her nest, then when we returned from camping the end of May the babies had hatched and I just saw them from the window and they are big. I don't know how the mom still sits on her nest but she does.

Take a look at the pictures
